Find nearby sellers. Reserve or get delivery.

LazyApp — Hyper-Local Commerce Platform (Concept & Product Design) LazyApp is a three-sided marketplace I designed for the Nigerian informal retail economy, connecting buyers, local shop owners, and delivery riders in a single platform. The core insight: millions of local sellers in Nigeria are invisible online, yet buyers are physically nearby. LazyApp bridges that gap with AI-powered product discovery — buyers can search by text or photograph an item to find it at a nearby shop, while sellers onboard instantly by photographing their shelves (no typing required). Key Features Designed: AI image-to-stock: automatically generates inventory listings from seller photos AI image-to-search: buyers photograph what they need, app surfaces nearby matches Reserve & Collect + Cash-on-Delivery flows, designed for low digital-payment trust WhatsApp + USSD fallbacks for sellers on low-end devices Automated Google Business Profile pinning for verified sellers Scope: Full product documentation, three-user MVP spec (buyer, seller, rider), phased roadmap across 18 months, monetization strategy, go-to-market plan, technical architecture, and KPI framework.
